The IWS is delivered with a pre-defined training program that covers the majority of typical customer requirements. The program includes training tasks ranging from individual skills to sub-unit–level operations. At the same time, customers can opt for a fully customized training program tailored to their specific operational needs. This includes dedicated programs for leader training and selection, sub-unit cohesion development, or specialist qualification. In every case, the system is configured with a training program precisely aligned with the customer’s mission profile and training objectives.

Real-time instructor implemented changes
By default, the IWS enables instructors to intervene in real time during training. Based on the instructor’s assessment, additional enemy, friendly, or neutral forces can be introduced, environmental conditions can be modified, and effects such as explosions or smoke screens can be applied instantly. This capability creates a dynamic and complex training environment that cannot be memorized by trainees, ensuring they continuously face new challenges and achieve progressively higher levels of performance.

The system collects data on more than 30 parameters for each individual, sampled every millisecond. This generates a large, high-resolution dataset that is stored locally and offline, ensuring the highest level of data security. Our in-house–developed AI application analyzes this data to provide commanders with an objective and comprehensive overview of the current training level of their subordinates.
